  • Bookings: To secure any booking, a deposit of 20% is required at the time of reservation, this can be accepted by PayPal.

 

  • Deposit Policy: Please be aware that this deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation, ensuring that we can allocate the necessary resources and time for your vehicle's care.

 

  • Personal Belongings: Clients are responsible for removing all personal belongings from their vehicles prior to service. This not only ensures the safety of your items but also allows our team to provide a thorough and unobstructed detailing experience. 

 

  • Damage Claims Policy: Although in the past 3 years we never bumped into any claims, yet it's important to disclose our Damage claims policy; if a client believes that damage occurred to their vehicle as a result of our valeting service, it is the client’s responsibility to provide clear and conclusive evidence that the damage was caused by our team. If such proof is accepted, compensation will be provided in the form of complimentary valeting services until the agreed compensation value is reached. No monetary refunds will be issued.

 

  • Acceptance of Terms: By booking any service with us, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all company policies, terms, and conditions in place at the time of booking.
